To support their ambitions, I developed a comprehensive brand toolkit that defined a unified look and feel across all touchpoints. This included refreshed style guides, social media campaigns, marketing materials, digital banners, and a bespoke system of photography and iconography. I also applied this new visual direction to their website, elevating the user experience and integrating the world’s first Governance Online Community platform — a space designed to help members connect and collaborate globally.



The launch of the new eCommunity marked a major milestone for CGI. Since going live, the platform has driven a 645% growth in community membership, now boasting over 4,000 active members and achieving an A+ global engagement benchmark score. It has become a vibrant, international hub for governance professionals — and a proud example of how design can help shape and strengthen a global community.
