Black Flower Agency is a New York–based leader in luxury engagement strategy, experiential events, hospitality and creative services. Known for their white‑glove expertise, they were expanding into the French and Swiss markets and required a refreshed brand identity that reflected their values, vision and elevated service. As the creative responsible for the full creative direction and design delivery, I shaped the renewed brand world and translated it into a cohesive visual system.

Balancing mystique and trust through design

At the centre of the refresh was a new logomark designed to convey trust and understated sophistication. I paired an elegant, contemporary typeface with a geometric flower symbol, refined, confident and reflective of the brand’s meticulous nature. A rich, dark palette added depth and allure, supported by tactile textures and pattern work that reinforced the brand’s mystique and desirability.

Creating a cohesive and instantly recognisable identity

The refreshed identity strikes a balance: mystique yet inviting, elegant but never overstated. The flower symbol was crafted to act independently across channels, offering subtle brand expression while building recognisability. I rolled the new direction out across brand guidelines, stationery, the website and promotional materials, creating a unified brand presence that feels unmistakably premium and sets Black Flower apart in the luxury space.
